Returns the Quest ID for the quest in the specified quest log slot.

Arguments
number slotQuest log slot.
Valid numbers: integers from 0 to 65,535.
Returns
number questIdQuest ID or 0 if slot is invalid.
Valid numbers: integers from 0 to 4,294,967,295.
